Fairgrounds trails were all groomed up this AM after the very cold

Overnight temps. Conditions look very good. We recommend you

Get out there and have a ski under the beautiful blue sky. No classic tracks yet as there isn’t enough snow depth.

Coach Rothe & Groomer Jason rolled the new snow on all trail areas at the Fairgrounds this AM. Today's current warm temps (35 dgrees as I type) mean its probably best to WAIT to ski until the snow freezes up solid later this PM as the cold wind ushers is our first real arctic blast of the season. We'll get the big groomer out tomorrow morning to smooth things out and create some decent initial ski conditions. Thanks for your patience as we process the snow.

A very nice First Snow of the Season!! We know everyone is looking forward to getting out there to ski ASAP but patience is the order of the day. The grooming squad has decided it'll be best to let this new fluffy snow - which fell on bare ground of course - settle in today's sunshine. Tomorrow AM we'll roll all the trails and let the snow settle some more. Friday AM we'll take out the big groomer and give all the trails the once over that you're all hoping for. That's the plan. Thanks for your patience.
