General Membership
Ski on your own between dawn and dusk (and sometimes later, when the lights are on!) by joining with a family membership, individual youth membership (under 17) or adult membership (17+).

Weather permitting, we try to offer fun events like evenings under the lights, community races and full moon ski celebrations.
Bill Koch Youth League
BKL is the largest membership group in cross-country skiing in the United States. Founded by Olympic Silver Medalist Bill Koch, the League’s mission is to introduce children to cross-country skiing in a supportive, fun environment.

There are no tryouts and no cuts. Races are held throughout New England and are optional.

Fridays 3:15-4:30 + cocoa
Sundays 4-5 + cocoa
Where
Meet at the fairgrounds entrance from the Odd Fellows parking lot (513 Park Avenue, Contoocook)
If snow cover is poor, we meet at Houston Fields for exercises and outdoor adventures (Houston Fields are behind the library -- take dirt road around to the back)
Cost
$40 with a family membership
$65 BKL only (includes a youth membership)
Equipment
Rental Day: November 23, 2025 from 2-4:30 pm at the fairgrounds.

Participants will need classic, skate or "combi" skis. We have many available to rent and members also receive a discount at S&W Sports in Concord.
​
Please dress for relatively rigorous outdoor activity in cold temperatures.
