Coach Rothe volunteered to groom the Fairgrounds today so you know the results will be some top notch skiing. He reports that it groomed up nicely for skate skiing but no reset of classic tracks as yesterday's warmth solidified the snow - its too hard to set tracks. Generally warm days and cold nights will help us keep the snow for a while and help the sap in the maple trees flow. The Hawks Nordic Teams will ski in their State Championship meet tomorrow at Great Glen. If you go remember to bring your cowbell. If you need one I've got a spare - give me a call. /groomer sasquatch/
